When purchasing these timepieces, it was always of critical importance that the dealer have the highest professional character. I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much my husband loves his new Breitling Airwolf.

It was a gift from me for our 25th wedding anniversary- he could not have been more thrilled!

At first I was a little hesitant, only because the Breitling website makes it appear as if authorized retailers will refuse to service them- as if they would demand to see the papers!

Not so! The place where I took it to to sync the watch and adjust the band could not have been happier to help me, and the watch looks fantastic on his wrist; he LOVES the fact that this is a new model with the Superquartz feature.

The jewelry store did not ask me where I bought the watch, I just let them know that I had not purchased it from them. Not a problem, they would just have to charge me a small fee, since I had not purchased the watch from them. I saved approximately 22% by buying this watch from Bernard. This is actually the second watch that I have purchased from Bernard- the first was a ladies Bertolucci that I bought about six years ago.
I do have to say, that the fact that your company is located in Austin, TX does make me less anxious about purchasing a watch thru the internet, and I never hesitate to recommend your company when I know someone is looking for a watch for that special someone - why pay full price????

I ordered a Tag Heuer for my wife as an anniversary gift on a Friday, with delivery needed the following Saturday. Very rushed for time due to an order with another online seller not being practical at the last minute, so to speak. These folks REALLY came through, phoning me to let me know that the original item I ordered had been promised to another customer, and getting my alternate selection out after I contacted fairly late on the same day. The original Tag Heuer packaging, along with the Tag certificate for the diamonds, was a very nice and unexpected touch. And very apparent from the protective decals and overall condition that this had never been previously owned, yet much less than full retail pricing. As our local, authorized Tag dealer commented when re-sizing the bracelet, "a very nice watch". Highly recommended!

My recent trade in of a Rolex Day Date President for a preowned Rolex Submariner illustrates how good you are. I filled out your online form that I was interested in trading in my Rolex. You answered me in 24 hours with a price quote, which was extremely fair. I mailed my Rolex off to you. The day it arrived at your offices you contacted me to let me know that you would purchase it at a higher price than you quoted to me earlier. If that is not complete honesty, I don't know what is!

I then agreed to purchase a Submariner from you. It arrived at my house the very next day. You described it as "like new" and it was absolutely perfect. No cosmetic blemishes whatsoever and it runes strong and keeps first-class time. To the rest of the world it appears brand new. No one would know that it is preowned. Just received my new Girard Perregaux Sport Classique Chrono. I know it has been said before but let me say it again. I received the watch in about 22 hours. How that happens I will never know. When I opened the package my jaw dropped. The packaging was better than buying form a fine retailer.

Got the IWC GST titanium today via FedEx.

It came as promised, brand new with hang-tags, warranty, instructions, even the original shrink wrapping around the band to protect the finish. Not a blemish, scratch, or impervection on the whole piece. It's a beautiful watch.

The only dealer near me who handles IWC is Tourneau, but I was not about to drop $4000 on a watch I could have over the internet for less than $2000. The only question remained was whether you delivered what you show on the website. That became very clear today. I was stunned to find I was able to get the very same watch Tourneau was selling for 55% off retail.

I'm a believer now, seeing the piece up close and personal. Once my doctor friends in the hospital hear of the deals and service you guys have, you're going to have to re-stock your inventory. They're all watch fanatics.

I received the Breitling Chronomat today. It is beautiful. The pictures on the web-site did not do the timepiece justice. It looks brand new.

I took the watch to a Breitling dealer to have it checked and it is, indeed, authentic and in perfect working order. The watch-maker said that it looked as if the watch had never been worn.

I must admit that I was VERY skeptical about buying something of this value on the internet. As you know, there are a lot of scam artists out there. Bernard Watch Company is not one of them. You are true to your word and everything as promised on your web-site has been upheld.

Yesterday I ordered a ladies Concord Saratoga SL watch...I received it today. David Bernard was extremely helpful and relieved my suspicions about how Bernard Watch could offer this timepiece at such a low price. I had seen this watch at my usual jewelry store (selling at more than twice the price), and also at several internet sites, one including a very famous, supposedly cut-rate dealer. No comparison.

The watch arrived in its original new box, with Concord documentation, in perfect condition. It is everything I wanted, and am very happy. Yes, I was skeptical...how can Bernard Watch do it?
