I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much my husband loves his new Breitling Airwolf.

It was a gift from me for our 25th wedding anniversary- he could not have been more thrilled!

At first I was a little hesitant, only because the Breitling website makes it appear as if authorized retailers will refuse to service them- as if they would demand to see the papers!

Not so! The place where I took it to to sync the watch and adjust the band could not have been happier to help me, and the watch looks fantastic on his wrist; he LOVES the fact that this is a new model with the Superquartz feature.

The jewelry store did not ask me where I bought the watch, I just let them know that I had not purchased it from them. Not a problem, they would just have to charge me a small fee, since I had not purchased the watch from them. I saved approximately 22% by buying this watch from Bernard. This is actually the second watch that I have purchased from Bernard- the first was a ladies Bertolucci that I bought about six years ago.
I do have to say, that the fact that your company is located in Austin, TX does make me less anxious about purchasing a watch thru the internet, and I never hesitate to recommend your company when I know someone is looking for a watch for that special someone - why pay full price????

I ordered a Tag Heuer for my wife as an anniversary gift on a Friday, with delivery needed the following Saturday. Very rushed for time due to an order with another online seller not being practical at the last minute, so to speak. These folks REALLY came through, phoning me to let me know that the original item I ordered had been promised to another customer, and getting my alternate selection out after I contacted fairly late on the same day. The original Tag Heuer packaging, along with the Tag certificate for the diamonds, was a very nice and unexpected touch. And very apparent from the protective decals and overall condition that this had never been previously owned, yet much less than full retail pricing. As our local, authorized Tag dealer commented when re-sizing the bracelet, "a very nice watch". Highly recommended!

Just received my new Girard Perregaux Sport Classique Chrono. I know it has been said before but let me say it again. I received the watch in about 22 hours. How that happens I will never know. When I opened the package my jaw dropped. The packaging was better than buying form a fine retailer.

Now comes the watch. Again I must say that the watch was much nicer then in your photos. I am extremely impressed by the product and the professionalism.

Buying from Bernard can be as close to instantaneous gratification as long-distance watch-buying can be. Once they have your address and Visa on file, all it takes is an email or a call. Chances are your watch will be on your wrist the next day. Still amazes me.

I received the Breitling Chronomat today. It is beautiful. The pictures on the web-site did not do the timepiece justice. It looks brand new.

I took the watch to a Breitling dealer to have it checked and it is, indeed, authentic and in perfect working order. The watch-maker said that it looked as if the watch had never been worn.

I must admit that I was VERY skeptical about buying something of this value on the internet. As you know, there are a lot of scam artists out there. Bernard Watch Company is not one of them. You are true to your word and everything as promised on your web-site has been upheld.

Yesterday I ordered a ladies Concord Saratoga SL watch...I received it today. David Bernard was extremely helpful and relieved my suspicions about how Bernard Watch could offer this timepiece at such a low price. I had seen this watch at my usual jewelry store (selling at more than twice the price), and also at several internet sites, one including a very famous, supposedly cut-rate dealer. No comparison.

The watch arrived in its original new box, with Concord documentation, in perfect condition. It is everything I wanted, and am very happy. Yes, I was skeptical...how can Bernard Watch do it? Are they counterfeit? Knock-offs? As my mother always said "you get what you pay for." But this is the real thing. And in this case, you're just a fool if you pay too much.

If you are planning to buy nice timepiece, I highly recommend Bernard Watch Company.

Seeing the Omega Seamaster on your web site immediately took me back to 1965. My Dad was getting ready to deploy to Viet-Nam, and he bought an Omega Seamaster before he left. Imagine my dismay when later, he wrote to me explaining that the watch had been stolen off his wrist by a thief in Saigon. I can still recall my feelings of anger that someone had stolen something from my father. He never again bought a watch that nice. On impulse, I immediately ordered the Omega Seamaster Pro Chronograph "Bond" model as a fitting tribute to my father. It arrived today as you said it would, expertly packed to avoid shipping damage. After removing one link from the band, it fits perfectly. My only regret is that I can't present the watch to my father as a gift (since he passed away in 1989)... but every time that I look at the dial... I can't help but think of him. Thank you...

It isn't often I have the pleasure of writing a company to compliment them on their service, but this is such a case.

I had been researching the Breitling Aerospace across the Internet for the past few weeks. Based upon many factors, which included price, quality of available product and reputation I decided to purchase my first Breitling from Bernard.

I called late Tuesday afternoon, and of course, having finally made my decision I wanted my watch the very next day. I was told I was cutting it close, but no call back would be good news. I am happy to say I did not receive a call, and that the watch arrived by 11am the next morning.

I am highly impressed with the packaging in which it arrived. The watch was not in it's original case, and your company's box was nice enough to give as a gift. Also, having a copy of the directions was very helpful, as the Aerospace's controls aren't exactly obvious at first.

The pictures on your website were excellent. If anything, the watch looks a little nicer in person than in the pictures, which is rare.
