Is that a selling point? We think so. Despite having a long production run (1993-2003) this model comes around very infrequently. This piece was just overhauled by America&#8217;s Watchmaker (Stoll &amp; Co in Dayton, OH)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bernardwatch.com\/International-Watch-Company\/GST-Chronograph\/IWC434\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bernardwatch.com\/image\/IWC434F.JPG\" width=\"600\" height=\"358\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">IWC : GST Chronograph : 3727.01<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>There is a special place in watchmaking history for the mecha-quartz, a hybrid of mechanical watchmaking and quartz accuracy. There is also a special place in the heart of watch aficionados for the movements made by Jaeger LeCoultre for other watch brands. This late 90s production IWC GST Chronograph bears a JLC mecha-quartz movement making a great collectors piece. It was purchased new in 2004 (likely as new old stock) and is in impeccable condition. The dial has one of the later uses of tritium that we have seen, which means it will develop a beautiful patina in time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bernardwatch.com\/Romain-Jerome\/Titanic---DNA-Steampunk-Metal\/RJ51\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bernardwatch.com\/image\/RJ51F2.JPG\" width=\"600\" height=\"682\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Romain Jerome : Titanic &#8211; DNA Steampunk Metal<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>It is almost unheard of to find a Romain Jerome preowned (which to us means a great price). This model was owned for less than one year by a careful collector and is indistinguishable from new.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bernardwatch.com\/Omega\/Seamaster-Professional-Co-Axial\/OMG2100\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bernardwatch.com\/image\/OMG2100F.JPG\" width=\"600\" height=\"428\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Omega : Seamaster Professional Co-Axial<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>This model is one of the last produced Co-Axial Seamasters with the wave dial. The wave pattern has been synonymous with the Seamaster for decades and we&#8217;re sad to see it go.
