- Successor to the Mark XI, originally designed for pilots and military issue.
- The Mark XII was the first in the civilian Mark line to feature an automatic movement (JLC base 889/2).
- Produced roughly 1993 – 1999 before being replaced by the Mark XV (38 mm).
- Features anti-magnetic soft-iron inner case for protection against magnetic fields up to ~80,000 A/m.
- Successor to the Mark XI, originally designed for pilots and military issue.
